PROJECT
STATUS
Crossing the Threshold has completed principal photography and is commencing Post-Production. After successful funding rounds for Research & Development and Production we are working to close the gap on Post-Production.
The SPECIFICS
With the bulk of the film shot, we are now commencing the final stage of storytelling - the edit. This involves working with a world-class editor Aaron Soffin to shape the narrative, engaging colorists to colour-correct the film, working with our composer Gelsey Bell to craft a score, and much more.
Budget Breakdown
70% covers crew wages & fees.
13%covers music composition, archival licencing and voice-over.
11% covers insurance, legal & admin.
6% covers other production costs (travel, accommodation, meals, permits).
As a production of Twin River Studios, Crossing the Threshold has a commitment to paying fair and competitive rates to crew on this project so that local talent has a better chance of sustaining a local creative career.
